ABOUT ME

In the autumn of 2016, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey while juggling a demanding full-time corporate job. A persistent feeling of something amiss nudged me to seek a path aligned with my true passions. Thus, with courage as my companion, 15 Monkeys came into being. Witnessing a remarkable growth trajectory from its inception, my business has metamorphosed into its current form. Crafting bespoke home accents and seasonal delights, my creations have found homes across the expanse of the United States. Drawing from my prior corporate role overseeing sales and marketing for a substantial enterprise spanning Rochester and Buffalo, coupled with a wealth of experience orchestrating numerous successful events, along with a profound understanding of social media and online dynamics, instills in me an unwavering certainty of this event's triumphd. I have always been a huge fan of Halloween some may even say obsessed. I even have a whole shed dedicated to Halloween props. So when this idea came about it was a no brainer to combine my love of Halloween and business expertise.

We will be shutting down Whitehaven road and will line the whole road with food trucks

Each food truck vendor must provide proof of their insurance for liability, and workman’s comp ( for employees ) and of course motor vehicle insurance, the certificates must name the Town as a certificate holder, to operate on Town owned property.

  1. Each food truck which contains cooking equipment must have a fire suppression system on board and is required to be tested annually ( must be valid for day of event ).

  2. A portable fire extinguisher is required to be on board each truck and needs to tagged to be considered operational. A type “K” extinguisher is required for trucks which contain fryers.

  3. A food truck which requires a generator for electrical power cannot store the gasoline on board the vehicle, this must be separated by at least ten feet.

  4. A portable generator must be twenty feet away from the truck and fenced off from public access.

  5. Any external propane cylinders need to be fastened to some non-moveable object which will prevent them from tipping over or become disconnected from the burners inside

Rules and Information

  1. I will be limiting the amount of genres in each category to eliminate duplications. Examples only a certain number of jewelry, wreath designers etc..So reserve your spot right away

  2. Do not send any payments until your application is approved. You will receive an email with your confirmation.

  3. This event will take place rain or shine

  4. Payments are accepted through venmo, cash app, zelle> Paypal is accepted but will incur a 4% fee.

  5. After your application has been approved payment must be received within 72 hours of approval

  6. Sponsor fees are non-refundable

  9. Vendors are responsible for accepting their own payments and collecting taxes. Vendors can accept all forms of payments. Tickets are only for food vendors

  10. The event takes place 10am-6pm. Vendor spaces must be ready to go by 10am. Breaking down before 6pm is forbidden without exception from 15 monkeys (Beth Mahoney) If you leave early you will not be invited back for future events.

  11. You will be expected to promote and share information regarding the event to all of your business social media pages, to have the largest turnout which will benefit everyone.

  13. One week before the event we will supply you with a layout of the entire event and your tent location

  14. Only Fall, Halloween,odditites and curiosities are expected to be sold. No christmas etc.

  15. Any damage to the area that the vendor occupies the vendor is responsible for.

  16. Discrimination of any kind for any reason is NOT permitted.

  17. 15 monkeys reserves the right to void this contract at any time in the event the business/owner named above is to be found in violation of any federal, state or local law.

  18. Your tent must have straps or weights to secure it to the ground.

  19. Advertising will all be done through 15 monkeys and haunted market, we will advertise through all social media facebook, instagram, tik tok, print, press release, signage at corners of town commons.

  20. We not be supplying tents, tables or chairs, please bring your own.
